Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

Scope of service

608 Transit coordinates non-emergency medical transportation. We are not an emergency service. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Scheduling

We ask for at least two business days' notice when possible. Same-day rides are available when capacity allows. Confirmed pickup windows are typically a 15-minute range — we'll communicate any changes.

Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 4 hours in advance are free. Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed depending on the payor policy and the time invested in the ride.

Conduct

We expect riders and drivers to treat each other with respect. Behavior that endangers a driver, another rider, or the public will end the ride and may end the rider's account.

Liability

608 Transit carries commercial auto liability and workers' compensation insurance for our network drivers. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, construction, third-party errors, etc.) but we'll always do our best to communicate and adjust.
