Trained, vetted drivers
Every driver completes a background check, defensive-driving certification, and PASS (Passenger Assistance Safety & Sensitivity) training. Many also hold CPR and First Aid certifications.
Maintained vehicles
Vehicles are regularly inspected, kept clean, and equipped for the rides they take. Wheelchair-accessible vans are tested for ramp/lift function before every shift.
Real-time GPS tracking
Every active ride is tracked. Coordinators can see where the vehicle is, give families an honest answer about ETA, and re-route a ride if circumstances change.
Coordinated communication
One number to call. We handle the conversations between rider, family, facility, and driver — so nothing slips between the cracks.
Insured + credentialed
Commercial auto liability and workers' compensation in place. Credentialed in the MTM Wisconsin transportation network for BadgerCare and Medicaid rides.
