We accept BadgerCare Plus, Wisconsin Medicaid (T19), Family Care, and IRIS through the MTM Wisconsin transportation network. Private pay is available for riders without coverage. Call us if you're not sure where your coverage falls.

How much notice do I need to book a ride?

Two business days' notice is ideal — that gives us time to confirm the right vehicle and driver. Same-day rides are available when we have capacity, but they're not guaranteed.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and lifts. Drivers are trained in mobility assistance and will help you board, secure your wheelchair for the ride, and disembark safely.

Where do you operate?

Madison and Dane County, Wisconsin — including Middleton, Fitchburg, Sun Prairie, Verona, Waunakee, Stoughton, McFarland, Monona, DeForest, Oregon, and Cottage Grove. Long-distance medical transport is available across Wisconsin and the upper Midwest.

Can you transport hospice patients?

Yes. We coordinate hospice transport with patient drivers trained in end-of-life rides. Bedside-to-bedside service, family communication during the ride, and respectful, dignified handling — every time.

What if my appointment runs long?

Call us as soon as you know. We coordinate the pickup with your driver and adjust if we have flexibility. Real-time GPS lets us see where everyone is and plan the rest of the day.

Are your drivers employees or contractors?

Our drivers are independent, vetted contractors. We handle scheduling, dispatch, billing, and communication. They handle the driving — and they do it well, because we don't keep drivers on the network who don't.

How do I pay?

If you're covered by BadgerCare, Wisconsin Medicaid, Family Care, or IRIS, the ride is billed through the broker — there's no out-of-pocket cost for covered rides. Private-pay rates are quoted up-front, no surprises.

Can family members ride along?
